Business Booster (June 2020)

Do you feel like you are spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere with your business?  Are you frustrated by the lack of commitment to the goals and metrics you have set up?  Have you lost your vision of what you wanted for your company?  This Business Booster will give your business the tune-up it needs to produce the results you want.

This is for business owners and leaders who want to clarify vision, gain traction in accountability, get more from your business, and help drive accountability.  Whether you are an owner of a large company, on the leadership team, or a Solopreneur this is for you and we will meet you where you are at.  You are valuable to your team and your communities in which you serve.  We want to help you be more efficient in the roles you play.

With this Business Booster, you will have a dedicated time reviewing the basic building toolkit as outlined in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) book Traction by Gino Wickham.  You will then have time to review with other like-minded business owners and leaders your issues, successes, and challenges.  We are EOS implementors who are looking to help you gain momentum in your business by focusing on the simple things that produce a big result.

This is a six-month (bi-monthly) commitment totaling 17 hours of instruction and networked learning.  Each month we will spend 45 mins giving instruction on several of the tools in the EOS toolbox.  During a second session of the month we will spend 90 mins with each other reviewing success and challenges implementing the tools.

All teaching topics will be recorded and available for on-demand replay.  The second 90 min networked learning times will not be recorded due to confidentiality.

This is a free workshop.  We acknowledge there will be some kinks to work out, and we are only inviting those we know and care about to this event and hope you will give us some feedback.  We will be starting a second iteration of this workshop in late July and it will not be a free event.
